There's a lot to worry about when maintaining an open source php package, things like unit testing, version control, dependency management, code style, and licensing can be difficult to get straight and keep up to date. Luckily we have tools like composer, git, github, CI and groups like the PHP-FIG that make managing all of these things is a much simpler task than it has ever been.

We are very excited to announce a relaunch of top level pages on concrete5.org.

The new look weve had for the last year or two felt great, but the content didnt always deliver on the promise of the design. We had fallen into the age old trap of putting disparate content elements next to each other because we had some space. A muddled vision for each pages purpose left us feeling like someone in a great suit with no idea what theyre talking about.
